We provide the services of an External Skills Development Facilitator which includes the compilation and submission of our clients’ Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Annual Training Reports (ATR), Pivotal Plans (PIP), and Pivotal Reports (PIR) to the relevant SETA.

The capacitation and development of people is at the core of transformation and improving the lives of all South Africans. This can only be done through interventions that meet the required standards and level of quality. We are positioned to assist our clients in identifying where training needs exist, how to bridge these gaps through the implementation of meaningful skills development initiatives as well as tying these in with overall company strategies, including but not limited to BBBEE. Our services in terms of Skills Development solutions include:

General consulting on matters related to training and skills development;

External Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) whereby we act as the liaison between our clients and the relevant Sector

Education & Training Authorities (SETA’s);

Drafting and submitting of Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports, Pivotal Plans and Pivotal Reports;

Facilitation of Skills Development committee meetings;

Assisting with the sourcing of credible training providers for implementation of learning programmes which may range from short courses to formal programmes such as Bursaries for Higher Learning, Learnerships, Internships and Apprenticeships.

Skills Development, as a priority element in terms of BBBEE and Employment Equity, which forms part of the Management Control element on the BBBEE scorecard are integral parts of an entity achieving it’s aimed level of BBBEE compliance.
