Floris Pelser & Associates
Established in 2004 as Floris Pelser Labour Consultants with a focus to provide effective labour solutions in a dynamically changing South African legislative environment. From these roots, Floris Pelser & Associates (FPA) was formed to refine the service offering to clients based on the demanding nature of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE), Employment Equity (EE) and Skills Development (SD) challenges.
BBBEE Consulting
We provide an all-encompassing consulting service including scenario and strategy planning for implementation of BBBEE initiatives across all 5-elements of the scorecard to aid our clients in achieving their desired/required level of compliance.
Skills Development Solutions
We provide the services of an External Skills Development Facilitator which includes the compilation and submission of our clients’ Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Annual Training Reports (ATR), Pivotal Plans (PIP), and Pivotal Reports (PIR) to the relevant SETA.
Employment Equity Compliance
We provide a compliance solution whereby we assist our clients whom are deemed to be designated employers in terms of the EE Act (as amended), in complying with the relevant requirements.
